Linux configuration for SAP

3 – java version should be installed

J2sdk 1.4.2-13 (SR13)

4 – Environment variable for Java go to /etc/profile and type:

JAVA_HOME=/opt/IBMJava2-amd64-142

LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.6.16

export JAVA_HOME LD_ASSUME_KERNEL

PATH=$PATH:/opt/IBMJava2-amd64-142/bin

export PATH

OR shell comman type: # vi /etc/profile ………. Add above lines and than # :wq
